This week, our Board of Education recognized Julie Dopson, 2024 BCS Service Person of the Year and a finalist for the West Virginia Service Personnel of the Year.
Julie has spent nearly two decades shaping young minds as a Kindergarten Aide at Burke Street Elementary, providing the extra support our students need to become active learners.
Her coworkers also say her selflessness and creativity make her an important role model at her school.
Julie goes above and beyond, serving as a fantastic role model for students and always wearing a smile. We are so grateful for your commitment to our school community.
